At Focused Fitness, we know that customizing and personalizing your workout plan, training, and the specific program will get you to your goals faster. Your Personal Trainer develops a program with your specific needs, interests, and possible fitness limitations in mind. You will never feel that there is a one size fits all approach to our methods.

Our online training plans allow you the flexibility to train at the times and place most convenient for you. As your Personal Trainer, I’ll build and customize a scheduled workout program based on your goals and centered around the equipment you have available. ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Robin Fontaine, a certified Personal Trainer and Spartan SGX coach. I’m passionate about fitness and can honestly say that obstacle course racing has changed my life. Throughout high school and college, I ran cross country and track. Fast forward to a busy career as a Civil Engineer and a daily lifestyle which didn’t support a healthy life. A group from my office started daily runs along a trail behind our office. I joined them and this reignited my joy of running and joining others in their fitness journey. This was the piece that I had been missing since my college team. Next, I found obstacle course racing (OCR). I discovered you could stop running to conquer some physical obstacle and this was all part of the race! I was HOOKED! The challenge of not knowing what the obstacles were and having to figure them out when you got to them was so intriguing to my engineering mind. I was driven to get better and gain as much knowledge as I could. This led to my Personal Training certification and then my Spartan SGX certifications (Level 1, Level 2, and, of course, the Obstacle Specialist certification).
